Push yourself out of your comfort zone just enough.
And at the same time, honor and respect where you are today. Push too far, and it becomes a set up for contraction. Honor your current capacities, and create a foundation for expansion. Push not enough, and there is no growth. Honor not, and further your injury. Push into your next most radiant Self. Honor your current and courageous Self. Push to be self aware, Honor the fine line between the two…. ….Push and Honor Love, Savitree

Helping others is good. And so is profit*. Those of us in the service and healing arts industry tend to give ourselves away more than we need to. And when we have trouble paying our bills, we tend to think we need better time management and marketing skills. And more clients. Maybe. But I believe that for many of us, we won’t become more profitable - or have more clients - until we get better at valuing ourselves first. Without that, the marketing and everything else just adds more work to our day, and we end up working hard for those that can’t truly value our service. Yes, do what makes you happy. But if it drives you to the ground and causes worry, it won’t sustain. Yes, do what affects positive change in the world. But if it causes burn-out, it won’t last. Yes, do it in a way that makes you accessible. But if it attracts co-dependents, the good stuff won’t last and you will find yourself doing a whole lot of karma dance with a whole lot of energy vampires. … and instead of flowing with radiance, you will be drained. Choose to engage with those who are truly able to say YES! to you. Sat Nam. ----------------------------- *Let's not confuse profit with greed. Nor helping others with enabling others. . |
