Guided Visualization Meditations
Visualization meditations are a form of relaxation under which you can sit or lie on our back, and visualize certain images, places, colors and activities. Through this form of meditation, you can train your body to respond to the commands of the mind, and the mind is trained to visualize the positive and the beauty of life.
