Kundalini Yoga: the physical practice

As long as we are still in our physical body, we need this glorious temple to move about this Earth, serve and affect change in ourselves and in the world. It's also more fun to feel strong and in command of our mind and body. To those who would just prefer to sit and meditate, it makes meditation that much easier when the body can better serve the mind.
Like other types of yoga asana, Kundalini Yoga is practiced in sequences. These sequences, however, are not put together by the yoga teacher. They were given by Yogi Bhajan, the Master of Kundalini Yoga who brought this lineage to the West. There are thousands of sequences, and each kriya is done in a specific order to produce a specific effect.
Below you will find kriyas and short practices you can do at home.

Choose the one that gives you the most resistance-- it's probably the one you need most!
